Is it possible to obtain additional beds in rental units?
Normally, it is not possible but some units allow the addition of a single bed.
What payment methods are accepted by the property owners?
Bank transfer, cash, and Paypal. Some units accept payment by Paypal only.
What are the minimum nights per rental unit?
For cottages, residences, apartments and villas the minimum stay is 7 nights. For B & B hotels the minimum is 2 nights.
How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made in several ways: by completing the reservation form online, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 0039 (0)932 1876870. If the request is accepted, you will need to provide your bank account data by email in order to confirm your booking.
How do I know if the rental unit allows pets?
In the detail page of the property it will be stated if pets are allowed or not. You may also find if pets are allowed or not in the owner’s rules. If pets are allowed, only one pet per unit is allowed.
How do I know if the property has parking space?
By clicking on the details section of the rental unit’s page, you will find in the external details whether the unit has parking.
How do I know the prices and availability?
By inserting the date of arrival and departure and the number of guests in the form, the system will return only the properties available.
What is the response time for an email?
You will receive a response within 24 hours at maximum.
What languages are spoken at check in?
Italian or English.
What are the times of arrival and departure?
Normally, arrival is after 15:00 (3 PM) and departure before 10:00 (AM).
What is the day of the week for the arrival and departure?
During August arrival and departure are from Saturday to Saturday. In the months of June, July and September arrival and departure may be granted at your request. For the remainder of the year arrival and departure days are open.
Who will take care of our stay on site?
All facilities have on-site service from either the owner or by the servicing agency.
